1. Core elements of the design
1. Morphological language
Minimalist geometric cut
Adopting a hexahedral base shape, the dullness is broken by bevel cutting/curved chamfering, such as the top 30° inclined panel to guide the visual flow and enhance the modern look
Modular layering
The main body is divided into a refrigeration cabin (metal shell), an interactive layer (glass touch area), and a base (heat dissipation grille), which realizes the visualization of functional partitions through a 5mm stepped slit
2. CMF Design Strategy
Material Comparison:
Brushed stainless steel (main case) Dark grey tempered glass (control panel) Carbon fiber pattern ABS (internal bracket)
Color Psychology:
Gun ash champagne gold (calm luxury) for business scenes, and burgundy and mirror silver (emotional resonance) for home scenes
3. Human-computer interaction design
45° tilt touchscreen (conforms to the natural swing arc of the arm)
Magnetic stopper storage slot (integrated into the side recess to avoid external functions)
Ring LED status strip (visual display of temperature through color gradient: blue→ purple→ red corresponds to 5°C→18°C)
1. Thermodynamic system architecture
Dual-cycle cooling: Silent front fan (≤25dB) Honeycomb heat vents on the back (optimized porosity based on computational fluid dynamics)
Temperature difference compensation design: NTC temperature sensor is installed on the inner wall of the refrigeration cabin to dynamically adjust the power to prevent frosting of the wine bottle
2. Sheet metal process realization
Processing flow:
Laser cutting (±0.1mm accuracy) → CNC bending (R angle ≥ 2T anti-cracking) → Argon arc welding (seamless processing) → Sandblasting anodizing
Structural Strengthening:
Add triangular stiffeners to the load-bearing area
